Mani Basra has over 7 years’ experience providing professional Business Analysis services to multiple industry sectors including Financial, Broadcasting, Government, Insurance, Health, Telecommunications, Utilities and Technology. 
Mani has delivered on many large-scale Projects including Digital, Software, Technology, Continuous Improvement, Audit, Governance and Regulation. More recently Mani has been working on the “worlds most ambitious Automation Project” incorporating a wide range of Automation Technologies and delivering Intelligent Automation solutions to multiple clients.

 

 

 

Aimee Thompson has 6 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, delivering on a wide range of Legal, Regulatory and mandatory, transformation and simplification, remediation Programmes predominantly within the Commercial Finance industry. In the past 12months Aimee has moved into the automation practice at Capita, designing and delivering projects using a range of automation tools such as RPA, speech to text, text analytics across a number of different business units. Outside of her Business Analysis Role, Aimee has proven record of training and mentoring Junior Business Analyst’s and coaching where needed to prepare them for the next step into and up in their career.
